The KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Jiou Autumn Herbal Tea consists of a carefully composed recipe with various immune-boosting herbs. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) it is assumed that the life force, the so-called Qi, flows in channels through the body and in this way connects all organs with each other. If there is a disturbance of these pathways, problems occur in the body in the sense of TCM. To stimulate the flow of Qi, various methods are used, for example acupuncture, but also special herbs and herbal mixtures. The herbal blend KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Jiou Autumn Herbal Tea is intended to strengthen the body and mobilize the immune power, especially in autumn, a time when the body is increasingly exposed to the cold, wind and dampness and is typically associated with the cold season. The KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Jiou Autumn Herbal Tea consists exclusively of 100% natural ingredients: No preservatives, no flavour enhancers, no artificial additives, no added salt or sugar and it's vegan. Ingredients: Lungwort, marshmallow root, licorice root, raisins, lime blossoms, galangal, hibiscus, ribwort, watercress, star anise, Iceland. Moss, angelica root, peony blossoms, mullein blossoms. Preparation: Pour boiling water over 2-3 teaspoons of KOTTAS Jiou Autumn Herbal Tea per cup, cover and steep for 10 minutes, strain and enjoy. This precious premium tea from Japan is characterized by an intense aroma and a strong finish. You will taste the difference! Ingredients: 100% organic Sencha Fine green tea (contains caffeine) Preparation: In Japan, the leaves of the Sencha Fine are used to prepare several infusions that each give a different taste experience. First infusion: Boil water, then let it cool to about 80°C, so as to preserve the tea’s valuable ingredients. Add 2-3 teaspoons per cup (250ml) in a preheated teapot, let steep covered for 2-3 minutes, strain and enjoy! Second and further infusions: Use the leaves of the first infusion and pour 80°C hot water over them again, let steep for about 30 seconds, strain and enjoy pure!
