Ingredients: Lung Ching green tea (contains caffeine) from controlled organic farming.
Preparation: In China, the leaves of the Lung Ching are used to prepare several infusions that each give a different taste experience. First infusion: boil water, then let it cool to about 80°C, so as to preserve the tea’s valuable ingredients. Add 1 full teaspoon per cup in a preheated teapot, let steep covered for 2-3 minutes, strain and enjoy! Second and further infusions: Use the leaves of the first infusion and pour 80°C hot water over them again, let steep for about 30 seconds, strain and enjoy pure!
