Preparation: First infusion: Boil water, then let it cool to 80°C, so as to preserve the tea’s precious ingredients. Use a large enough sieve to allow the rolled tea leaves to expand. Per teacup (250ml), add 1 full teaspoon of tea to a pre-warmed teapot, pour water, let steep 2-3minutes, then strain and enjoy! You will taste the difference! This classic green tea from the Chinese province of Zhejang is characterized by its typical mild taste. Ingredients: Lung Ching green tea (contains caffeine) from controlled organic farming. Preparation: In China, the leaves of the Lung Ching are used to prepare several infusions that each give a different taste experience. First infusion: boil water, then let it cool to about 80°C, so as to preserve the tea’s valuable ingredients. Add 1 full teaspoon per cup in a preheated teapot, let steep covered for 2-3 minutes, strain and enjoy! Second and further infusions: Use the leaves of the first infusion and pour 80°C hot water over them again, let steep for about 30 seconds, strain and enjoy pure! Rooibos is a bush that thrives in the cedar mountains in the southwest of the Republic of South Africa. Unlike green or black tea, tea from the rooibos plant contains no caffeine and only a few tannins. For this reason, it is more digestible and can also be drunk in the evening without hesitation.
