Preparation: per cup, pour a quarter liter (250 ml) of boiling water over one heaping tablespoon of the tea mixture and let it steep for 10 minutes, covered. Then strain the tea and drink one cup lukewarm several times a day. The tea should be drunk regularly over a long period of time.

Preparation: Pour a quarter of a litre (250 ml) of boiling water over one tablespoon of chamomile flowers, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and sip lukewarm one cup 3 to 4 times a day before or after meals. For gargling, rinsing, inhaling and for the preparation of poultices, an infusion is prepared as followed: pour 2-3 tablespoons of chamomile flowers with a quarter of a litre (250ml) of boiling water and infuse for 10 minutes, covered. After that strain. Tip: Rollkur - the trick against stomach pain and nausea! After preparing the tea according to the instructions, drink 2 cups on an empty stomach.
