Warning:
Nettle leaves should not be drunk in cases of water retention (edema) due to impaired heart and kidney activity.

For gargling, rinsing, inhaling and for the preparation of poultices, an infusion is prepared as followed: pour 2-3 tablespoons of chamomile flowers with a quarter of a litre (250ml) of boiling water and infuse for 10 minutes, covered.
