The harmonious tea blend made from selected herbs supports you in sweaty periods. With its bitter substances and essential oils, sage can provide relief from heavy sweating. Common horsetail promotes urea metabolism and the resistance of connective tissue.
Ingredients: sage leaf, horsetail, hyssop, yarrow herb
Preparation: Pour a quarter litre (250 ml) of boiling water over one heaping tablespoon of the tea mixture per cup and let it steep covered for 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and drink lukewarm one cup at a time several times a day. The tea should be drunk regularly over a long period of time.

Chamomile flower teaChamomile is a time-honored remedy for many ailments: For fullness, flatulence, stomach and intestinal problems, inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract. Preparation: Pour a quarter of a litre (250 ml) of boiling water over one tablespoon of chamomile flowers, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and sip lukewarm one cup 3 to 4 times a day before or after meals. For gargling, rinsing, inhaling and for the preparation of poultices, an infusion is prepared as followed: pour 2-3 tablespoons of chamomile flowers with a quarter of a litre (250ml) of boiling water and infuse for 10 minutes, covered. After that strain. Tip: Rollkur - the trick against stomach pain and nausea! After preparing the tea according to the instructions, drink 2 cups on an empty stomach. Chamomile is a time-honored remedy for many ailments: For fullness, flatulence, stomach and intestinal problems, inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract.
Preparation: Pour a quarter of a litre (250 ml) of boiling water over one tablespoon of chamomile flowers, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and sip lukewarm one cup 3 to 4 times a day before or after meals.
For gargling, rinsing, inhaling and for the preparation of poultices, an infusion is prepared as followed: pour 2-3 tablespoons of chamomile flowers with a quarter of a litre (250ml) of boiling water and infuse for 10 minutes, covered. After that strain.
Tip: Rollkur - the trick against stomach pain and nausea! After preparing the tea according to the instructions, drink 2 cups on an empty stomach.
After that, stay on your back for about 5 minutes at a time, then on your right side, then on your left side, and finally, if possible, on your stomach, so that the tea can act on the entire stomach lining.
