Chamomile flower teaChamomile is a time-honored remedy for many ailments: For fullness, flatulence, stomach and intestinal problems, inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract. Preparation:- Pour a quarter liter (250 ml) of boiling water over one tablespoon of chamomile flowers, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and sip lukewarm one cup 3 to 4 times a day before or after meals.
- For gargling, rinsing, inhaling and for the preparation of poultices, an infusion is prepared as followed: pour 2-3 tablespoons of chamomile flowers with a quarter liter (250ml) of boiling water and infuse for 10 minutes, covered. After that strain.
- Rollkur - the trick against stomach pain and nausea! After preparing the tea according to the instructions, drink 2 cups on an empty stomach. Chamomile flower tea

Chamomile is a time-honored remedy for many ailments: For fullness, flatulence, stomach and intestinal problems, inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract.
Preparation:
- Pour a quarter liter (250 ml) of boiling water over one tablespoon of chamomile flowers, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and sip lukewarm one cup 3 to 4 times a day before or after meals.
- For gargling, rinsing, inhaling and for the preparation of poultices, an infusion is prepared as followed: pour 2-3 tablespoons of chamomile flowers with a quarter liter (250ml) of boiling water and infuse for 10 minutes, covered. After that strain.
- Rollkur - the trick against stomach pain and nausea! After preparing the tea according to the instructions, drink 2 cups on an empty stomach. After that, stay on your back for about 5 minutes at a time, then on your right side, then on your left side, and finally, if possible, on your stomach, so that the tea can act on the entire stomach lining.
