For support in case of gastrointestinal complaints it is best to use our KOTTAS Kräuterhaus herbal tea for stomach and intestines. Classic digestive herbs such as cheese poplar are used here to alleviate stomach problems. Yarrow has an antispasmodic effect and lemon balm soothes upset stomachs.
Preparation: Per cup, pour a quarter of a litre (250 ml) of boiling water over one heaping tablespoon of the tea mixture and let it steep for 10 minutes, covered. Then strain the tea and drink one cup lukewarm and unsweetened between meals. The tea should be drunk regularly over a long period of time.

Chamomile flower teaChamomile is a time-honored remedy for many ailments: For fullness, flatulence, stomach and intestinal problems, inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract. Preparation: Pour a quarter of a litre (250 ml) of boiling water over one tablespoon of chamomile flowers, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and sip lukewarm one cup 3 to 4 times a day before or after meals. For gargling, rinsing, inhaling and for the preparation of poultices, an infusion is prepared as followed: pour 2-3 tablespoons of chamomile flowers with a quarter of a litre (250ml) of boiling water and infuse for 10 minutes, covered. After that strain. Tip: Rollkur - the trick against stomach pain and nausea! After preparing the tea according to the instructions, drink 2 cups on an empty stomach. Dandelion can soothe and clear stressed skin. Walnut leaves and agrimony have a firming effect due to the tannins they contain. Together with pansy herb, chamomile and wild thyme, they can provide relief from itching. Calendula can promote wound healing and cell renewal and help with minor skin injuries.

Preparation: per cup (250ml), pour a quarter of a litre (250ml) of boiling water over one heaping tablespoon of the tea mixture and let it steep for 10 minutes, covered. Then strain the tea and drink a cup several times a day, sipping lukewarm. The tea should be drunk regularly over a long period of time.
