KOTTAS Marienkroner herbal tea blend to accompany your fasting cure

Together with the Marienkroner Retreat and Health Resort, we have developed a signature tea blend as a gentle companion for your fasting period. Cheese mallow, lemon balm and other carefully selected herbs create a harmoniously balanced composition with a pleasantly mild flavour. The tea invites moments of calm enjoyment and is particularly well suited for a relaxing break in the afternoon.

Ingredients

Cheese poplar, lemon balm leaf, bitter fennel, calamus root, yarrow, cinquefoil, liquorice root, marigold

Preparation

Pour boiling water over 2 heaped teaspoons per cup, cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes, strain and enjoy in sips.

Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature. Close the packaging properly after opening.
