Description

A caffeinated herbal tea with green tea!

The Kurhaus Marienkron in Mönchhof was founded around 50 years ago by nuns and was reopened in 2019 following extensive renovation with a new concept. Since then, conscious nutrition and fasting have been central themes of the establishment.

Our KOTTAS Marienkron Fasting Tea reflects these shared values of tradition and quality, combining selected ingredients into a well-balanced and carefully crafted blend.

The therbal blend is packaged in 20 double-chamber filter bags of 1.4g, dosed ready for use, ingredient and flavour protected.

Ingredients

Nettle leaf, dandelion, cheese poplar, green tea (contains caffeine), coriander, milk thistle, peppermint leaf

Preparation

Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup. Cover and leave to infuse for 5–10 minutes. Then squeeze out the filter bag well and drink the tea lukewarm in sips.

Our tip: The tea contains caffeine, so we recommend drinking 1 to 2 cups to accompany fasting until midday.
