Enforcement procedure
If, despite our best endeavours, we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you have the option of contacting the competent enforcement body in accordance with § 15 WZG. According to EAA, the Social Ministry Service (Sozialministeriumsservice) is responsible for this on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection.
However, we will do everything we can to remove any barriers quickly and work with you to find an individual and uncomplicated solution – hoping that a formal complaint will not be necessary.
