Lemon and lemongrass bring lemony, tangy flavours to your plate. Pepper and coriander provide a pleasantly spicy flavour. The earthy turmeric and slightly bitter cumin create a harmonious balance. This makes the KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Lemon Butter the ideal accompaniment to fish and meat dishes, pasta or vegetables.
The KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Lemon Butter spice mix is made exclusively from 100% natural ingredients and contains no preservatives, flavour enhancers or artificial additives. It is caffeine-free and vegan. The spices contained in KOTTAS products are tested for identity, purity and active ingredient content according to strict criteria based on extensive analyses. Spice blend from Austria, produced in our small manufactory in Vienna.

Mix a tablespoon of our seasoning with around 30 to 40g of butter and leave the mixture to infuse briefly. Then melt directly over the warm bread, meat or vegetable dish and enjoy!
Storage: Store flavour-protected, dry and not above room temperature (25°C).
