KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Herb Butter Seasoning is a composition of the finest garden herbs such as chives, thyme, rosemary and other herbs. Onions and garlic give the spice mix an additional aromatic flavour, while finely grated lemon peel adds a pleasant freshness. Also provides a particularly aromatic flavour in salad dressings!

Our KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Herb Butter Seasoning is made exclusively from 100% natural ingredients and contains no preservatives, flavour enhancers or artificial additives. It is caffeine-free and vegan. The spices contained in KOTTAS products are tested for identity, purity and active ingredient content according to strict criteria based on extensive analyses. Spice blend from Austria, produced in our small manufactory in Vienna.

Ingredients

Sea salt, chives, parsley, onion, dill tips, garlic, lemon peel, thyme, rosemary

Preparation

Mix 1 tablespoon of spice with 30 to 40g of soft butter, leave to rest for 2 hours.

Notes

Storage: store aroma protected, dry and not above room temperature (25°C).
