Garlic is not only healthy, but it also tastes delicious! Our KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Garlic Butter combines the aromatic miracle bulb with fine spices such as parsley, dill tips and pepper. This makes it the ideal basis for a perfect homemade garlic butter that turns grilled food, vegetables, meat or fish into a real treat for the palate.
Special tip: The spice is ideal for preparing homemade garlic baguettes.
The KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Garlic Butter spice mix is made exclusively from 100% natural ingredients and contains no preservatives, flavour enhancers or artificial additives. It is caffeine-free and vegan. The spices contained in KOTTAS products are tested for identity, purity and active ingredient content according to strict criteria based on extensive analyses. Spice blend from Austria, produced in our small manufactory in Vienna.
Garlic (32%), sea salt (23%), onion, parsley, dill tips, pepper, marjoram
Simply mix 1 tablespoon of the spice mix with around 30 to 40g of butter or a vegetarian butter alternative and then leave your garlic butter to rest for 2 hours.
Storage: Store flavour-protected, dry and not above room temperature (25°C).
