The KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Herbal Tea For Spring And Autumn Fasting Cure is a harmoniously balanced blend of valuable ingredients such as wild pansy herb, nettle leaf and yarrow herb.

Ingredients

Viola, nettle leaf, yarrow herb, dandelion leaf, calendula

Preparation

Pour 250ml of boiling water over one heaping tablespoon of the tea mixture per cup and let it steep covered for 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and drink lukewarm 1 cup at a time several times a day.

The tea should be drunk regularly over a long period of time.
