Description
Our green fasting tea as a companion during fasting periods or for occasional fasting routines.
Ingredients
Lung Ching green tea (contains caffeine), dandelion herb with roots, mate leaf, nettle leaf, blackthorn flower, lemon balm leaf, peppermint leaf
Preparation
Pour 250ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon per cup and let it steep covered for no longer than 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and drink one cup lukewarm several times a day. The tea should be drunk regularly over a long period of time.
Notes
Special notes: Contains caffeine.
Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature. Close the packaging properly after opening.
