Per cup, pour 250ml of boiling water over one heaping tablespoon of the tea mixture and let it steep covered for no longer than 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and drink 2 to 3 times a day, one cup sipped lukewarm, another cup half an hour before bedtime.
The tea should be drunk regularly over a long period of time.
Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature. Close the aroma-protective packaging tightly after opening.
