In Traditional Chinese Medicine, “Shen” represents the mind – the inner force present within us all. KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Shen Tea is based on time-honoured recipes and is made mainly from Western herbs. Lovingly filled by hand in our small manufactory in Vienna.

Ingredients

Melissa leaves, wheat germ, coriander, fennel, rose petals, passionflower herb, lavender, hops, apple pieces, liquorice root

Preparation

Add 2 teaspoons per cup (250ml), fill with boiling water, let steep covered for 10 minutes, strain and enjoy!

Notes

Special notes: Contains licorice – in case of high blood pressure, excessive consumption of this product should be avoided.

Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature. Close the packaging properly after opening.
