KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Relaxing Tea can be drunk throughout the day as well as in the evening before bedtime.

Ingredients

Rosehip, hibiscus, lemongrass, lavender, peppermint, cardamom, sunflower, chamomile, cinnamon

Preparation

Add 2 to 3 teaspoons per cup (250ml) and cover with boiling water. Let steep covered for 10 minutes, strain and enjoy!
