The KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Gingerbread Spice improves every gingerbread with a mixture of nutmeg, anise, cloves, ginger, allspice and cinnamon. Simply mix into the gingerbread dough, bake and enjoy delicious gingerbread. The spice also harmonizes with other delicacies such as gingerbread-ice cream, gingerbread-latte, gingerbread-cheesecake and many more.

It is salt-free, caffeine-free and vegan.
