Made from carefully dried and ground clove buds, our KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Cloves (powder) give your dishes an unmistakably intense, sweet and spicy aroma. Whether in curries, hearty meat dishes, gingerbread, warming tea blends or fine pastries – the characteristic taste and aroma of fine cloves gives every creation a warm, exotic note.
Our clove powder can be ideally combined with cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, chilli or other aromatic spices.
Tip: Use sparingly – the powder is very flavourful!

The ingredients contained in KOTTAS spices are tested according to strict criteria using extensive tests for identity, purity and active ingredient content. Manufactured in our small factory in Vienna.
