The KOTTAS Kräuterhaus ‘Gesunde Mitte’ Clearing Damp Heat Tea was developed in collaboration with a renowned TCM expert and medical practitioner and helps to clear damp heat through a harmonious combination of nettle leaf, angelica root, narrow-leaved willowherb, gentian root and dandelion root. Ingredients: Nettle leaf, angelica root, narrow-leaved willow herb, gentian root, dandelion root Preparation: Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of KOTTAS Kräuterhaus ‘Gesunde Mitte’ Clearing Damp Heat Tea per cup (125 ml).
