Ingredients: Cardamom seeds, hawthorn berries, melissa, St. John's wort, red clover, star anise, yarrow, cinnamon Preparation: Pour boiling water over one tablespoon of KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Feel Good Tea per cup (250 ml). Cover and leave your tea to infuse for 10 minutes. Then strain and enjoy in a teacup! Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature.
