It combines tomato flakes with basil, garlic, sea salt and other spices in a perfectly flavoured blend. Homemade bruschetta is guaranteed to be a delight! Preparation: To make bruschetta yourself, mix 2-3 tablespoons of the spice mixture with 2 tablespoons of hard cheese and 6 tablespoons of water. Allow to soak for a short time. Then add 3 tablespoons of oil and let it rest for 2 hours.
