Description
A traditional beverage from South America
Mate tea is a naturally caffeinated and time-honoured drink from South America. Through roasting, it develops a particularly intense, slightly coffee-like aroma with distinctive depth.
Carefully hand-filled in our small manufactory in Vienna – for a rich and unique flavour experience.

Roasted mate tea (contains caffeine)
Preparation
Pour boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Roasted Mate Tea per cup (250ml), cover and leave to infuse depending on the desired effect, strain and enjoy.
Brewing times:
- For stimulation: 2–3 minutes
- For relaxation: 4–6 minutes
Notes
Special notes: Contains caffeine.
Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature. Close the packaging properly after opening.
