Preparation
Pour boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Green Mate Tea per cup (250ml), cover and leave to infuse depending on the desired effect, strain and enjoy.
Brewing times:
- For stimulation: 2–3 minutes
- For relaxation: 4–6 minutes
