The herbal blend is packaged in 20 double-chamber filter bags of 1.4g, dosed ready for use, with the ingredients and flavour protected. Our filter bags are made from the microplastic-free natural fibre abacá and are therefore fully compostable.
Lemon balm leaves*, hibiscus blossoms*, apples*, passion flower herb*, blueberries*

Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125ml), cover and leave to infuse for 5–10 minutes. Then swirl the filter bag and squeeze well. Drink the tea lukewarm and in sips.
Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature.
