Your period can come – these herbs accompany you in a natural way.
The herbal blend is packaged in 20 double-chamber filter bags of 1.3g, ready to use, with the ingredients and flavour protected. Our filter bags are made from the microplastic-free natural fibre abacá and are therefore fully compostable.

Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125ml), cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then squeeze filter bag and drink 1 to 2 cups of tea lukewarm, sip by sip, several times a day. The tea can be sweetened to taste. Drink a cup several times a day during menstruation.
Our tip: Start drinking this tea a few days before menstruation!
Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature.
