All DR. KOTTAS Mother-Child Teas are made from carefully selected plants in organic quality.
Relaxed breastfeeding is extremely important for the mother-child bond and contributes to the child’s positive development. Avoid gas-producing and heavily spiced foods during breastfeeding.
The herbal blend is packaged in 20 double-chamber filter bags of 1.5g, dosed ready for use, with the ingredients and flavour protected. Our filter bags are made from the microplastic-free natural fibre abacá and are therefore fully compostable.

Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125ml), cover and leave to infuse for 5–10 minutes. Then swirl the filter bag and squeeze well. Drink the tea several times a day, either lukewarm or cold, in sips. Always prepare fresh.
Tip: Adequate fluid intake (about 1.5 liters daily), for example with DR. KOTTAS Organic Breastfeeding Tea, supports milk production.
Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature.
