The KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Bruschetta spice mix brings the fruity flavour of Tuscany to your plate. It combines tomato flakes with basil, garlic, sea salt and other spices in a perfectly flavoured blend. Homemade bruschetta is guaranteed to be a delight!

KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Bruschetta spice mix is made exclusively from 100% natural ingredients and contains no preservatives, flavour enhancers or artificial additives. It is caffeine-free and vegan. The spices contained in KOTTAS products are tested for identity, purity and active ingredient content according to strict criteria based on extensive analyses. Spice blend from Austria, produced in our small manufactory in Vienna.

Tomato flakes, onion, basil, sea salt, parsley, pepper, garlic

Preparation

To make bruschetta yourself, mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of the spice mixture with 2 tablespoons of hard cheese and 6 tablespoons of water. Allow to soak for a short time. Then add 3 tablespoons of oil and let it rest for 2 hours.

Storage: Store flavour-protected, dry and not above room temperature (25°C).
