The KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Bruschetta spice mix brings the fruity flavour of Tuscany to your plate. It combines tomato flakes with basil, garlic, sea salt and other spices in a perfectly flavoured blend. Homemade bruschetta is guaranteed to be a delight!
Preparation: To make bruschetta yourself, mix 2-3 tablespoons of the spice mixture with 2 tablespoons of hard cheese and 6 tablespoons of water. Allow to soak for a short time. Then add 3 tablespoons of oil and let it rest for 2 hours.

The KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Mediterranean Pesto Spice is made exclusively from 100% all-natural ingredients and contains no preservatives, flavor enhancers or artificial additives. It is free of caffeine and added sugar and vegan.
The spices contained in KOTTAS products are tested for identity, purity and the active ingredient content according to strict criteria based on elaborate tests.
Preparation: mix 2-3 tablespoons of spice with 2 tablespoons of hard cheese and 6 tablespoons of water, let swell briefly, add 3 tablespoons of oil, let rest for 2 hours.
Ingredients: Parsley, basil, onion, thyme, sea salt, garlic.
Storage: store aroma protected, dry and not above room temperature (25 °C).

Our slightly spicy KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Szechuan pepper gives your meat or fish dishes a refreshing, spicy, lemony flavour. It also makes an excellent accompaniment to vegetarian dishes.
Contrary to common belief, this particular spice is not a relative of black pepper. It belongs to the rue family and its name refers to the central Chinese province of Sichuan, where Szechuan pepper has a firm place in the local cuisine.
For this exciting tingling spice, the dried fruit peels, from which the seeds have been removed, are used. These contain above all a lot of essential oils, which by their interaction ultimately cause the citrus flavor.
KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Szechuan Pepper contains no preservatives, is free from added salt and sugar and is vegan.
