Produced in our small manufactory in Vienna. Preparation: Due to the high coumarin content, we recommend using KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Tonka Bean (whole) sparingly. It is best grated fresh with a fine grater and added directly to sweet or savoury dishes. To flavour desserts, a whole tonka bean can also be boiled in milk or cream for around 10 minutes.
