Our tip: DR. KOTTAS Organic Thyme Tea is also ideal for inhalations (use four filter bags for half a litre of hot water).
The herbal blend is packaged in 20 double-chamber filter bags of 1.4g, dosed ready for use, with the ingredients and flavour protected. Our filter bags are made from the microplastic-free natural fibre abacá and are therefore fully compostable.

Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125ml), cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the filter bag well and drink the tea warm or cold several times a day, in sips.
Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature.
