In Japan, the leaves of the Sencha Fine are used to prepare several infusions that each give a different taste experience.
- First infusion: Boil water, then let it cool to about 80°C, to preserve the tea’s valuable ingredients. Add 2 to 3 teaspoons per cup (250ml) in a preheated teapot, let steep covered for 2–3 minutes, strain and enjoy!
- Second and further infusions: Use the leaves of the first infusion and pour 80°C hot water over them again, let steep for about 30 seconds, strain and enjoy pure!
Our tip: The second infusion will have fewer tannins and caffeine, and therefore tastes particularly harmonious!

Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature. Close the packaging properly after opening.
