Add 1 full teaspoon per cup (250ml) to a prewarmed teapot and fill with boiling water. Let steep for the desired effect, then strain and enjoy!
Steeping time:
- For high level of caffeine: 2–3 minutes
- For a milder effect: 4–5 minutes
