Fresh, lemony, aromatic – our KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Lemon Thyme (cut) delights with a unique combination of tart thyme and lime-like citrus flavours. Traditionally used to add a special flavour to Mediterranean dishes. Ideal for preparing sauces, dips and marinades, but also for flavouring fish, poultry, vegetables or pasta, herbal lemonades and even loose tea blends.
Unlike the classically earthy thyme, the lemon thyme’s ethereal, fruity flavour comes to the fore – for those who like it a little lighter and more summery. A versatile all-rounder for fine cuisine!
