The fine KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Grilled Cheese Spice is a must at every barbecue party. With the ideally balanced blend of tomato, garlic, basil and rosemary, you can get the maximum flavour out of halloumi and other roast and grilled cheese specialities!

Our KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Grilled Cheese Spice is made exclusively from 100% natural ingredients and contains no preservatives, flavour enhancers or artificial additives. It is salt-free, caffeine-free and vegan. The spices contained in KOTTAS products are tested for identity, purity and active ingredient content according to strict criteria based on extensive analyses. Spice blend from Austria, produced in our small manufactory in Vienna.

Preparation

Soak Halloumi slices for 1–2 hours in KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Grilled Cheese Spice marinade and grill directly on the grate. Or Greek sheep’s cheese together with onions, tomatoes and KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Grilled Cheese Spice in a grill tray is a real treat.
