The cranberry, also known as the large-fruited cranberry, belongs to the heather family (Ericaceae) and is native to North America. The fruit contains flavonoids, minerals and other secondary plant substances. It is also rich in vitamins. Horseradish belongs to the cruciferous family (Brassicaceae). Mustard oil glycosides with valuable properties are extracted from the root. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Free from preservatives, additives and artificial colours.
