Recipe for KOTTAS mulled wine: Bring 2 liters of red wine to a boil with about 150g of sugar. Remove from heat, add 40g of mulled wine spice, cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

The KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Dong Winter Tea is a herbal mixture for the winter time with different warming herbs, based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
TCM considers the life force - the so-called Qi - as energy that flows in channels through the body and connects all organs with each other. If there is a disturbance in these pathways, problems occur in the body, according to TCM. In order to stimulate the flow of Qi, various methods are used, such as acupuncture, but also special herbs and herbal mixtures.

Ingredients: Herba Galeopsidis, marshmallow leaf, fennel, apple pieces, mistletoe, star anise, celery root, rosemary, ginseng, licorice root, ginger, jasmine flowers, cinnamon, cloves.
Preparation: Per cup (250ml) pour 2-3 teaspoons with boiling water, cover and steep for 10 minutes, strain and enjoy!
Storage: Store aroma-protected, dry and not above room temperature (25 °C).
