KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Lemon Butter adds a rich yellow colour to your favourite dishes. But that’s not all – our fine spice also brings a refreshing flavour to your dishes. Lemon and lemongrass bring lemony, tangy flavours to your plate. Pepper and coriander provide a pleasantly spicy flavour. The earthy turmeric and slightly bitter cumin create a harmonious balance. This makes the KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Lemon Butter the ideal accompaniment to fish and meat dishes, pasta or vegetables.
Preparation: Mix a tablespoon of our seasoning with around 30 to 40 g of butter and leave the mixture to infuse briefly. Then melt directly over the warm bread, meat or vegetable dish and enjoy!

The spices contained in KOTTAS products are tested for identity, purity and the active ingredient content according to strict criteria based on elaborate tests.
