DR. KOTTAS Joints plus capsules contain glucosamine and chondroitin, two important components of cartilage tissue. The abbreviation MSM stands for the organic sulphur compound methylsulphonylmethane and is involved in many metabolic processes in the human organism. L-cysteine is a naturally occurring amino acid. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and normal function of cartilage. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal bones.

Recommended consumption
Take 1 capsule 2-4 times a day take before a meal with some liquid.

Herbal tea for joint healthSupport for healthy joints The KOTTAS herbal tea for joint health combines carefully selected herbs for joint health and well-being. The tea blend contains dandelion herb, nettle leaf and birch leaf, which can help with joint pain. Ingredients: Birch leaf, nettle leaf, peppermint leaf, parsley root, dandelion herb w. root, goldenrod herb, spearmint leaf. Preparation: Per cup, pour a quarter of a litre (250 ml) of boiling water over a heaping tablespoon of the tea mixture and let it steep, covered, for 10 minutes.
