The KOTTAS herbal tea for joint health combines carefully selected herbs for joint health and well-being.
The tea blend contains dandelion herb, nettle leaf and birch leaf, which can help with joint pain.
Ingredients: Birch leaf, nettle leaf, peppermint leaf, parsley root, dandelion herb w. root, goldenrod herb, spearmint leaf.
Preparation: Per cup, pour a quarter of a litre (250 ml) of boiling water over a heaping tablespoon of the tea mixture and let it steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and drink 2-3 cups daily, sipped lukewarm. The tea should be drunk regularly over a long period of time.
Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature. Close the aroma-protective package tightly after opening.
