Finest, rolled green tea from China, characterised by its typically pleasant taste, and slightly bitter note. Ingredients: 100% Green tea Gunpowder (contains caffeine) – organic quality. Preparation: First infusion: Boil water, then let it cool to 80°C, so as to preserve the tea’s precious ingredients. Use a large enough sieve to allow the rolled tea leaves to expand. Per teacup (250ml), add 1 full teaspoon of tea to a pre-warmed teapot, pour water, let steep 2-3minutes, then strain and enjoy! Second and further infusions: Use the same leaves as in the first one and pour 80°C hot water over them. Let steep for 30 seconds, strain and enjoy pure! Taste tip: The second infusion will have less tannins and caffeine, and therefore tastes particularly harmonious! Storage: Aroma protected. Store in a dry place. Net weight: ℮ 125 g

China Pai Mu Tan - the noble among the teas! Our KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Organic China Pai Mu Tan is a high-quality white tea that captivates with its slightly sweet aroma. Since it contains caffeine in a natural way, it is recommended to drink the tea especially during the day. The intensity can vary depending on the infusion and can thus be adapted to one's own needs. KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Organic China Pai Mu Tan is 100% organically cultivated and contains no preservatives, flavor enhancers or artificial additives. It is also vegan and free of added salt and sugar. In addition, our tea and medicinal plants are tested for identity, purity and active ingredient content according to strict criteria based on extensive research. Ingredients: 100% white tea Pai Mu Tan. Preparation: For the first infusion, allow boiling water to cool to about 80°C. Pour 2-3 strongly heaped teaspoons per cup in a preheated teapot. Then cover and steep for 2-3 minutes, strain and enjoy. For each subsequent infusion, reuse the leaves from the first infusion, cover with 80°C hot water and drink directly after about 30 seconds of infusion. Storage: Store aroma-protected and dry.
