DetoxFor internal cleansing Nettle and birch leaves stimulate kidney function and increase urine excretion. Dandelion root stimulates the flow of bile and thus fat digestion due to its bitter ingredients. Peppermint leaves have a refreshing and harmonising effect on digestion. Pansy herb is traditionally found in many old herbal tea recipes for fasting and is highly valued due to its so-called "blood purifying" effect. Ingredients: Dandelion root, pansy herb, birch leaves, peppermint leaves, nettle leaves Contents: The herbal blend is packaged in 20 double-chamber filter bags of 1.6 g, dosed ready for use and protected from ingredients and flavourings. Our filter bags are made from the microplastic-free natural fibre abacá and are therefore fully compostable. Preparation: Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and steep for 10 minutes. DetoxHarmonising herbal tea with alkaline minerals Marshmallow is a plant with a high content of plant mucilages and is therefore often used to protect the sensitive mucous membranes of the stomach from acidity. Licorice root also harmonises the stomach. The fragrant verbena and elderflowers have a pleasant taste and a positive effect on joie de vivre with their delicate aroma. In addition, the lemongrass tastes pleasantly refreshing. The added alkaline mineral mixture with magnesium and carbonates of potassium, calcium and sodium helps to regain balance. Melissa has a balancing effect, while at the same time the caffeine contained in green tea and mate leaves stimulate the spirits. Blackthorn blossoms and peppermint support your digestion. Preparation: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon per cup and let it steep covered for no longer than 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and drink one cup lukewarm several times a day. The tea should be drunk regularly over a long period of time. Ingredients: Lung Ching (green tea), dandelion herb with roots, mate leaf, nettle leaf, blackthorn flower, lemon balm leaf, peppermint leaf. KOTTAS Vital Mushroom Metabol contains chromium, vitamin C, vital mushrooms such as Hericium, Pleurotus and Reishi, asparagus extract and apple cider vinegar powder. Vitamin C contributes to a normal energy metabolism. Chromium supports normal metabolism of macronutrients (e.g. sugar) and helps keep blood sugar levels in the normal range. The contained vital mushrooms and vitamin C support the immune system. Asparagus extract and apple cider vinegar powder provide further valuable nutrients and positively influence digestion. For our DR. KOTTAS Vital Mushroom Metabol we use special high-quality mushroom extracts with valuable plant substances standardized to 30 % polysaccharides. Reishi extract has an additional 2 % triterpenes and 20 % beta-glucans. Pleurotus is one of the most popular edible mushrooms due to its delicate aromatic taste. KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Alkaline Tea is our answer to the ever-increasing desire for a product that benefits body, soul and mind, all whilst not neglecting the taste. The natural mix of herbs blends together harmoniously and is ideal to sooth a stressed stomach, as well as helping to balance the acid-base in our body!
Ingredients: Common mallow, coriander, marshmallow root, elderflowers, spearmint, liquorice, melissa, marigold flower, safflower, cornflower.
Preparation: Add 2 full tablespoons of tea and pour boiling water over it (250ml per cup). Cover and let simmer for 2-5 mins, strain and enjoy!
Storage: Aroma protected. Store dry and not over room temperature (25 ° C).
