Marshmallow is a plant with a high content of plant mucilages and is therefore often used to protect the sensitive mucous membranes of the stomach from acidity. Licorice root also harmonises the stomach. The fragrant verbena and elderflowers have a pleasant taste and a positive effect on joie de vivre with their delicate aroma. In addition, the lemongrass tastes pleasantly refreshing. The added alkaline mineral mixture with magnesium and carbonates of potassium, calcium and sodium helps to regain balance.
Ingredients: Lemongrass, elderflower, lemon verbena leaves, marshmallow root, liquorice root, alkaline mineral blend (magnesium citrate, potassium carbonate, calcium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate)

Preparation: Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the filter bag and drink 1-2 cups of tea lukewarm, sipped several times a day.
