Ingredients: Ingredients extracted with water and 60% alcohol from: Tormentil, myrrh, cistus, clove, lemon balm, sage, sorrel. Licorice root. | 1g is 30 drops.
Recommended use: Gargle or as a mouth bath: 30 drops diluted with half a glass of lukewarm water.
Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature.

Contents: The herbal blend is packaged in 20 double-chamber filter bags of 1.8 g, dosed ready for use, with the ingredients and flavour protected. Our filter bags are made from the microplastic-free natural fibre abacá and are therefore fully compostable.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the filter bag well and drink the tea several times a day, either lukewarm or cold, in sips. Particularly refreshing with a dash of lemon.

Carefully selected medicinal herbs support the immune system and protect us against stressful situations.
For example, coneflower helps the body's own defenses, marshmallow leaves are good for the throat and mugwort has a decongestant and relaxing effect.
Ingredients: Elderflower, purple coneflower, marshmallow leaf, annual mugwort, chamomile flower, rosehip without seed.
Preparation: For each cup (250ml) add one heaped tablespoon of the tea mixture and pour a quarter liter (250ml) of boiling water over it, let it steep covered for 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and drink a cup several times a day, sipping it lukewarm. The tea should be drunk regularly over a long period of time.
Storage: Store aroma-protected, dry and not above room temperature (25 °C).
