The tea leaves for KOTTAS Green Tea are carefully picked in southern Japan during the spring from the high-quality first Bancha harvest. Bancha is known for its low caffeine content and its pleasantly mild flavour.
The tea is packaged in 20 double-chamber filter bags of 1.9g, dosed ready for use, ingredient and flavour protected. Our filter bags are made from the microplastic-free natural fibre abacá and are therefore fully compostable.

Boil water and allow cooling to approx. 80°C for approx. 3–5 minutes, infuse the tea and leave to infuse for 1 ½ minutes.
Our tip: The filter bag can be used again for a second infusion (infusion time: 30 seconds).
- First infusion: full-bodied and intense flavour.
- Second infusion: low in tannins and caffeine, mild flavour.
Special notes: Contains caffeine.
Storage: Store in a dry place and not above room temperature.
