Due to its peppery, spicy taste, the spice mixture is not only suitable for preparing lamb dishes, but also harmonises perfectly with other types of meat. KOTTAS Kräuterhaus lamb spice contains no preservatives, is free from added salt and sugar and is vegan. The spices contained in KOTTAS products are tested for identity, purity and the active ingredient content according to strict criteria based on elaborate tests.
