For an easier menopause
Melissa, passionflower and valerian provide calm and serenity. The traditional women’s herbs yarrow, lady’s mantle and red clover bring balance for you and sage takes care of the especially “hot times”.

Ingredients: Melissa leaves*, currant leaves*, passionflower herb*, lady’s mantle herb*, valerian root*, sage leaves*, yarrow herb*, red clover*.

Contents: The herbal blend is packaged in 20 double-chamber filter bags of 1.3 g, dosed ready for use, with the ingredients and flavour protected.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then squeeze filter bag and drink 1-2 cups of tea lukewarm, sip by sip, several times a day. The tea can be sweetened to taste. Drink one cup several times a day.
