Chaga extract Contains a high-quality extract from the vital mushroom Chaga as well as Niacin (Vitamin B3) and vitamin C. VVital mushrooms contain a variety of active biological substances and are considered to be multisubstance mixtures. Complex and valuable ingredients are mainly the polysaccharides, beta-glucans, triterpenes, polyphenols and bioactive proteins. Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) iIn the 15th century, Chaga is mentioned as a traditional tea drink in Russia and since then it has also been part of Russian folk medicine. In detail, for example, melanin and sterols, such as ergo- and lanosterol, and betulin. Chaga has a main and secondary fruiting form. The minor fruit form is what is commonly referred to as Chaga. In TCM, Chaga is used as a strengthening tonic that is also said to be harmonizing for the mind. Niacin (vitamin B3) is a water-soluble vitamin from the B-complex, which can be taken directly from food or formed from the amino acid tryptophan. As a component of coenzymes, niacin is involved in many metabolic functions. Vitamins from the B-complex usually occur together in nature and mutually reinforce each other's effect there. In traditional Chinese dietetics it is highly valued mainly for its general harmonizing properties. Hericium contains polysaccharides, such as erinacin and hericenone. Ginkgo-extract is obtained from the green leaves of the ginkgo tree (Ginkgo biloba), also known as silver plum, silver apricot or temple tree, picked in summer. For over 2,000 years, the leaves and seeds have been used in traditional Chinese nutritional teachings. Important ingredients include flavonoids, proanthocyanidins as well as tannins and essential oils. Ginseng (Panax Ginseng) is the beet-like root of the Aralia plant Panax. Its nevertheless low level of awareness in our country is due to the fact that the mushroom could not be cultivated until a few years ago and was therefore very expensive.
