Already enjoyed by the indigenous people of Latin America, the KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Roasted Mate Tea is still a popular and stimulating tea. Particularly rich in minerals and trace elements, mate tea is often used in diets and fasting cures to reduce the feeling of hunger. Due to its high caffeine content, which gives the roasted mate tea a tart, smokey and stimulating taste, it also serves as a natural energy tea. Ingredients: roasted mate tea (contains caffeine) Preparation: Pour boiling water over 1 - 2 teaspoons of KOTTAS Kräuterhaus Mate Tea per cup (250 ml), cover and leave to infuse depending on the desired effect, strain and enjoy. Brewing times:- For stimulation: 2 - 3 minutes
